Note: Just after taking your “after
photo”, immediately begin
drinking water at the 1 gallon
a day pace and continue to do
this. This will help re-hydrate
your body fluids and keep you
from dehydrating.
How does this work?
What happens during this hydration process is that your body gets
used to a frequent high intake of water by drinking the same large
amounts of water every day. Your metabolism will actually change
to efficiently process this new greatly increased water intake
level. Then, when you begin to drop the intake at the end of your
training cycle, you will notice that the body will tend to continue
to expel water at the same rate it was the day earlier (you will
still be going to the bathroom just as much as before). However,
since the body is not taking in the same amount of water, this
of course reduces water deposits in the body, especially sub dermal
water levels, and helps to get you looking harder than granite!
It is a great way to enhance your efforts in getting a great “after
photo”!
