Phase Diet When to utilize:
Weeks 9-12 of GET BLITZED
training routine
During the CUTTING PHASE of your diet, you will aim to reduce calorie
intake to help get your body ultra-ripped and retain all of your
newly built muscle mass. This diet will be very strict because it
is only 4 weeks in length. This diet plan is also designed to coincide
with the final four weeks of training in your Get Blitzed Routine
called the CUTTING PHASE. Now, in this portion of the diet we will
incorporate a much lower calorie consumption rate. We will not use
a calorie counting method anymore. Instead, we will use the palm
of the hand as a measuring devise for our meal portion size. The
measurements in the cutting diet to follow are indicated as either
(palm size) or (1/2 palm size).
