that you know the foods that you
will eat, let's quickly break down
the theories that formulate this
amazing diet plan. Initially, during
the BULKING PHASE, you will be eating
higher calories from a variety of
high quality food sources. The recommended
food sources are not cookies, cake
and ice cream, but rather nutrient
rich foods that will supply your
body with incredible nutrition. We
also recommend that you eat at least
1.5 - 2 grams of protein per pound
of body weight as a rule. This is
standard in most weight training
guidance. You will feed your body
six times a day to increase metabolic
rate and keep a constant supply of
nutrients available for muscle growth
and repair. For those that have never
eaten in this manner before during
a bulking cycle, you are in for a
very big surprise in your results!
